Phillips Temple CME Church and XLand Partners Inc. entered an exclusive development and confidentiality agreement. It authorizes XLand to coordinate feasibility, planning, potential operating partners, and financing pathways for healthcare and other church-approved revenue-producing uses.
The church retains final approval over uses, partners, and definitive transactions. The agreement itself does not approve a particular facility, operator, financing package, or construction.
